Malam Suai Kenal (MSK)

We had this MSK on the 18th of Sept 2014.
MSK is an event where we get to know more about the juniors who had just entered UM. It is also where we promote our Christian Fellowship to them, and we will help them if they have yet to find a church.

Well, Clement approached me the last sem and asked me if I was willing to take up the role as transport minister. *i was kinda hesitant, but I chose to take up the challenge*. I wanna serve God and not man. So yea, there it goes. I had totally zero experience in all these logistic and transport thingy but haha yea, these people are very helpful.

I had never texted/call so many people in my life before. Days before and even on that day itself, i texted/called almost 60++ people for this event. LOL *never added more than 60++ contacts in my life before this.HAHAH...

Still remember on that very day of the MSK itself, i was totally multitasking (completing my assignments, texting people for MSK, onlining to search for info, reading journals, responding to calls, messages and wtv so) WOW, I SURVIVED! It is truly by God's grace I tell you. He was there all the while to helped me with all these.

Everything went on well during the MSK and I was soooo glad to see the whole hall packed with people. Really Praise the Lord! *I just wanted to shout God, THANK YOU FOR EVERYTHING*
Many of them thanked me for arranging the transportation and they complimented me for doing such a great job, but I told them, everything I did was for the glory of God. Seriously, i did not have my breakfast, lunch and even dinner that day, coz i was super duper busy *and I didnt feel hungry.LOL coz yea, too busy ady*

really PTL for the people who came. Juniors really enjoyed it, and they would love to join PKV.

Here's some sneak peak of the MSK:

Back to life! XD

Olla! haha yea back to life. Itz been ages since i last updated my blog. yea, well I'm lazy to update it. You need the mood to do it. Zzzz.

Oh well, how's my life in UM so far?

*Awesome! Great!*
Am in my second sem now (time flies weyh, seriously).
One moment I just got accepted into UM, another moment I'm in my second sem de.whoaaa.*stress*

Ya, i love life in UM la.Especially where I can be part of the Christian Fellowship or PKV (persaudaraan Kristian Varsiti UM). Still remember the first time I joined PKV, i was so shy, coz i dont know anyone except Wern Jun.haha coz he's in the same church as me. I was kinda socially awkward. But now, haha HAVOC kaw kaw! I love mixing around and fellowshiping with them each and every day (yea, sometimes we meet up for brekkie, lunch, dinner and even supper). My life in UM is never quiet compared to my degree life. (sometimes I wished if I was studying in UM for degree.haha)

Being part of the PKV really helps me alot to grow with the Lord. I've seen myself change alot. *flashback*
So many assignments, projects, presentations, and then involved in the play and serving Him. Wah, God really works in mysterious ways, I passed my first sem with flying colours, despite by super busy schedule, and sleepless nights.LOL
When i think back, *how did I went tru last sem la weyh*

I'm never tired of serving Him. I'm glad to serve Him by ushering, playing the piano, and more. When we honour Him, He will honour us. Coz I trust in Him and I believe He has great plans for me.
I never thought I would be so active in PKV til Sam always tells me that *i've never seen a Masters student so free like you* HAHA

No lah, itz a joy to serve Him you know. Coz He has blessed me with may talents. So why not use it? Aite? =D

Well, how was the starting of my Sem 2?
It was great! Took up the role as transport minister for Malam Suai Kenal (MSK), it was not an easy task, but seriously God was there. Without Him, i really dont know whatz gonna happen that day. Thank You LORD!!

*more stories to come*

Silence of the Drums play

The play is over, but I'm sure everyone is missin the times that we had together.. the place as well as the practices. Oh well, I'm still having PEDS (Post Easter Drama Syndrom)..LOL.
The lines, the songs, the scence, everything, will just appear anytime and I even tend to hum the song when I'm doing my work.

But first of all, all glory is given unto God! Without Him, this play would not be that successful. God is in control of everything and He has great plans for all of us. Despite the many challenges that we had during the practices, but all of us chose to believe that God is there for us. Indeed, He was there with us every single time. Thank you to everyone who came to watch this play, the hall was packed with people.

It was a great privilege for me to join this play. I really had great fellowship and I even had a great time with everyone. I was touched by the whole story, and I teared even on the real day. I guess the full video should be up in Youtube anytime, if you have missed the play, go check it out in Youtube, will let you guys know when itz out. It's really an amazing story, about a man who demonstrates His love for all of us.

I'm truly amazed by the creativity that the props team had. They were really really creative I tell you.

Life in UM

Time flies, itz almost 2 months already since I first entered UM. WOW! Things may be challenging for me, but, yea , with God all things are possible, and , I'm starting to love life in UM! =)

Still remember the first time I entered UM, I felt so lonely because I don't know anyone, you know, that lonely feeling... But God has been so good to me, that He provided me with great friends. It was a great opportunity for me to join Persaudaraan Kristian Varsiti Universiti Malaya (PKVUM), a Christian Fellowship in uni.. From there, I was able to connect with Christian friend... I was like " God, thank you, thank you for all the people that you've provided me with". It was my first ever experience joining a CF in uni as I never had one back in my previous uni.. Enjoyed the Bible Study session, enjoyed PKV every Friday and I also enjoyed joining Prayer Meeting with them every Sunday.

Looking forward to join more activities together with the rest of PKV-ians ^_^
